My Story








My name is Brittney and I started the adventure of BCE in September 2021. I am born and raised in the 716 and I have a natural eye for details and a passion for hospitality. 

I started working in the fine dining industry throughout Buffalo in 2012 and have had the privilege of working with some of the finest local food and hospitality businesses, such as Oliver's Restaurant, Ricks on Main, and Delaware North Companies. I have also worked with the Global Patina Restaurant Group focusing on workforce management. In addition to my experience, I also have an MBA in strategy and operations from Canisius College. 

Since the beginning I have acted as liaison between vendors and clients and focused on enhancing the clients experience. The journey of BCE allows me the continue to do this but to now be on the clients side.

I developed this business as a way to combine my education, experience, and true passion to help guide and assist couple in the craziness of the wedding planning process.
